The information provided by Taxless does not constitute tax advice, legal advice, financial advice, or any other form of professional advice. Taxless is not a certified public accountant (CPA), enrolled agent (EA), or tax attorney.

All estimated savings, strategy recommendations, and implementation guidance are approximations based on general tax rules and the information you provide. Your actual tax situation may differ materially. You should consult a qualified tax professional before implementing any tax strategy.

2. No Professional Relationship

Your use of Taxless does not create a CPA-client, attorney-client, or any other professional advisory relationship. Taxless does not prepare or file tax returns, represent you before the IRS or any tax authority, or act as your agent in any capacity.

3. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information based on current tax law, we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided. 4. Your Responsibilities

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taxless and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to any tax penalties, interest, or additional taxes resulting from actions taken based on information provided by Taxless.

8. Changes to Terms
